E-mail addresses and any other personal data are kept by Umbria Holiday Rentals only to process the requests. In no case they will be sold or disclosed to third parties.
Every procedure regarding the treatment of personal data is in compliance with the Italian law, in accordance to art. 13 of the d.lgs. No. 196/2003 of the Code regarding the safeguard of personal data. By filling the request form and accepting these conditions, the Client allows permission to the treatment and communication of his/her own personal data for the aims indicated.

Interested parties (whose personal data is treated by Umbria Holiday Rentals) have the right to: know in every moment which personal data are in our posses and how are there used; request the update, integration, rectification, or cancellation of the data; request the suspension or oppose to the treatment of personal data.
